Daydreams are powerful motivations. If you daydream, you are mostly wandering about your ideal man/woman, journey to the center of earth :), traveling and saving the world from dinosaurs, long-held visions, meeting the past and your olden national hero, and daydreams of what we you to be.
Whatever it is, whoever you are most of us are daydreaming because we want it.
Now, since I am a self-proclaimed daydreamer and seemingly a daydreamer expert (LOLs), I want to share my own thought on how to work with your daydreams.
First step is, try to NOTICE your daydreams. If you become more aware of it, then you’ll realize what’s the effect of it to you. If it makes you feel sad, happy, anxious, excited, mad, happy again, etc.
You’ll also get some insights of what are you thinking the most and what event (prompt). Finally it will lead you to launch specific daydream you always want. From that, you can even make a continuous series of daydreams.
